T-bag Unpacking and Feeding Station
Description
The T-bag Unpacking and Feeding Station is used for unpacking and discharging powder and granules in T-bag. This equipment consists of the rack, lifting device, diaphragm valve, temporary storage bin and so on; Two types: Use hoist or forklift according to production technology and equipment size. Dual track is optional for occasion of two electric hoist installation to increase the bag unpacking efficiency. The materials for the machine can be carbon steel or stainless steel. The whole machine is with good airtightness, easy to operate, which improve the working environment and also the production efficiency significantly.

Feeding EnvironmentImprove the feeding environment, the diaphragm valve device locks the bag mouth first and then unpack the bag. The dust generated during operation is collected by the build-in dust collector to ensure clear working environment for operators.01 -

Technical Parameter
Main structure: Materials unpacking station frame support structure, ton bag hoisting device, ton bag hanger, massage board for supporting the ton bag, pocket control valves, sealing device.
Material hopper: Can combine glove box design to realize 100% isolation of dust/ gas away from operator. Fluidization is optional and also an anti-bridge device can be equipped under the hopper. Can have the hopper with weighing device to realize measuring function.
Discharging device: Rotary valve + discharge by gravity, screw conveyor, vibrating conveyors, pipe chain conveyors, rotary valve + pneumatic conveying, negative pressure conveying, etc;
Hoisting device: Its own hoisting device can hoist the big bag (Ton bag) to the frame, no need for any other help.
Capacity: Design capacity 6-12 bags / hour.
Anti-bridge method: Normally two ways, one is to have beating device to make the powder in the ton bag fall down, the other method is to do “ massage” the soft big bag (ton bag) to make the materials fall down.
