Powerful Lab Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer, a new and high-efficient mixing equipment, is designed by SIEHE SMART for universities, research institute and factory lab for materials with mid and high viscosity. The machine consists of a low speed agitator and a high speed disperser. It is with good mixing, reacting, dispersing, kneading effect. It is with extremely high output torque and suitable for industries such as adhesive, silicone sealant, high-end ink etc.. The machine also can be with scraper for tank wall and bottom, without dead corner and residue. The equipment is with bottom base, extrusion device and sliding rail to realize integrated operation of mixing and discharging.

Wide ApplicationThe Powerful Lab Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer has two sets of agitators and a set of high speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed quickly under the action of strong shearing and kneading force. Various agitators (blade type, twist type, claw type, frame type etc) are in option for materials with different viscosity, different density and different production processing requirements.01 -
Safe and Convenient
OperationAdopt hydraulic cylinder as lifting actuators, tank lifting type. Tank locking device is to prevent any possible accident due to the tank displacement. And there is sliding rail device between the mixer and extrusion device so that the tank can move in different working position to realize integrated operation of mixing and discharging.02 -
No Residue On
The Wall, Complete
DischargingThere is scraper on the planetary frame rotating together with the planetary frame. It clings to the container and scrape the materials on the wall off continuously. The container inner wall is fine finished by large vertical lathe and then polished by big automatic polishing machine to ensure the active scraper on the planet frame can scrape all the materials sticking to the wall off without residue when rotating, improving the mixing effect.03 -
Customized OptionsMachines can be customized as per production process requirements: Explosion proof type (Europe ATEX Standard), Vacuum type (Vacuum degree can be up to 20mbar), Heating/cooling type (Max. temp. can be up to 250℃), Intelligent type (with PLC Control) and so on. Materials can be customized to be SS316L, Duplex Steel or coated with special materials.04
