Description

Extrusion (Discharging) machine is corollary equipment for Powerful Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer or Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer. Its role is to discharge or pack the mixed high viscosity materials. It has single cylinder type and dual cylinder type, driven by hydraulic (Driven by air is also possible if required.). It can deliver the materials (Ink, adhesive, silicone sealant etc.) to the pipeline from the pressing plate or the bottom of the tank by the pressing plate to realize all kinds of packing for different materials. The equipment is divided into tank lifting type and tank fixed type.

    Operation
    Adopt hydraulic cylinder as lifting actuators. Control the extrusion machine up, stop and down through controlling the valve, simple operation with high stability. With tank locking device to fix the tank quickly. It prevents any possible accident due to tank displacement. Interlock device can be set to prevent mis-operation.

    Discharging Efficiency
    Extrusion machine can press the high-viscosity materials to the next producing process within only a few minutes. The liquid or paste they can handle is with viscosity from ten thousands to millions cps. Having several containers working with one extrusion machine can enhance the machine using efficiency significantly.

  • Complete Discharging
    The extrusion machine is equipped with seal ring which is matching the tank perfectly. During the pressing process, the seal ring clings to the wall of the tank closely, no residue.
    It is also ok to have a film on the tank to isolate pressing plate from the materials to reduce the cleaning work.

  • Customized Options
    Machines can be customized as per production process requirements: Explosion proof type (Europe ATEX Standard), Vacuum type (Vacuum degree can be up to 20 mbar), Intelligent type (with servo electric cylinder) and so on. Materials can be customized to be SS316L or coated with special materials.
