Container Washing Machine
Description
Container Washing Machine is a corollary equipment for Powerful Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer or Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer. It is to wash the removable tank automatically after material discharging. For high-viscosity materials, the high-pressure spray gun can not flush the materials sticking to the tank wall. And the solvent consumption is too much, while manual cleaning consumes a lot of labor (The labor cost is too high.). And most of the cleaning agents are solvents which are volatile. Unsafe and harmful to human body. Therefore, the Container Washing Machine with low solvent consumption in closed operation is the preferred washing machine for customers. There are two types: Electric type and full pneumatic type. Solvent recovery system is optional for the Container Washing machine to realize one-step tank cleaning.

Outlet can be equipped with a delivery pump, self-cleaning filter, dirty solvent tank, clean solvent tank, solvent recovery device etc.. to realize unmanned operation.04
