Description

The adhesive/sealant production system is designed and built by SIEHE Group, which is specialized used for mixing, dispersing, reaction and other processes of high viscosity materials such as adhesives and sealants (up to 10,000Pa.s). The production line consists of automatic batching and feeding, double planetary dispersing mixer, extrusion machine (press discharge machine), automatic tank cleaning machine, automatic filling machine and other equipment, which is connected by automatic tank tracking rails; the central control system is composed of sensors, actuators, communication network and HCI human-computer interaction system, in order to realize fully automation of batching, mixing, filling, cleaning and other production processes, which finally achieving capacity upgrading.

    Common adhesive mixing equipment is divided into three types: Double-shaft Dispersing Mixer (Butterfly agitator +High-speed Disperser, Anchor type Agitator+ High speed disperser), Triple shaft Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer (Anchor type agitator+ Two shaft high speed disperser, Anchor type agitator + High speed disperser+ Mid speed screw), Powerful Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer (Dual Twist type agitator+ High speed Disperser+ Scraper). SIEHE Smart has in-deep research and innovation in the field of mixing, formed a unique mixing equipment for high viscosity materials.

    The Adhesive system line, designed by SIEHE Smart, adopts automatic materials feeding: Weighing + Delivery pump or flowmeter for liquid, Weighing (Decrement or Increment).
    One-click batching reduces labor operation to reduce human errors and to improve the production efficiency and the quality of the finished products.

Mixing Equipment： Double shaft Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer, Triple shaft Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer, Powerful Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer (Recommended)

 

Extrusion Machine:  Fixed type (Discharge from top of pressing plate), Tank lifting type (Discharge from the tank bottom.)

 

Filling Method:  Semi-auto Filling Machine, Auto Filling Machine, suitable for filling 300ml cartridge, Filling pails (1kg, 25kg, 200gs ect.).

 

Cleaning equipment: fully automatic container washing machine, hydraulic lifting or pneumatic lifting

 

Heating Method:  Steam Heating, Oil Heating, Water Heating.

 

Vacuum type:  Water Ring Vacuum Pump, Rotary Vane Vacuum Pump

 

Materials:  Generally SS304 or SS316L.
