Description

Oil putty is a high polymer material, consists of the main ash (base ash) and the curing agent , the composition of the main ash is mainly unsaturated polyester resin and a filler, and the curing agent is generally initiator and a plasticizer, they play a role of initiating polymerization and enhancing performance. This nature of the material which can adhere to the surface of other material and prototyping rapidly is especially suitable for surface coatings applications, including automobiles, ships, factories, furniture, sheet metal etc.;in addition, there are also oily putties of high temperatures resistance, conducting electrostatic, red gray, fine scratch, weld etc..
With rich experience in putty production, SIEHE Smart has a good command of powder batching and conveying system, liquid batching and conveying system, packing system and auto control system etc.. And we have made important breakthroughs in the field of mixing and have developed several new mixers ( Dual-shaft Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer, Tri-shaft Multi-functional Dispersing Mixer, Powerful Dual Planetary Dispersing Mixer etc..). These new machines greatly improve the mixing uniformity and efficiency. SIEHE Smart can provide whole plant output and also project EPC services.
