Description

Double Planetary Mixer Slurry Production System is a system line with high automatization. It is based on the Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer, together with the powder raw materials batching system, liquid raw materials ( including additives) batching system, conveying system, post-processing system(including cooling, filtration, iron removal, de-foaming) and finished products storage system. The system line includes following process parameter control: Temperature control, pressure detection, flow control, viscosity control etc.. With a touch screen to achieve visual production to reduce the labor cost, improve product quality. Green production contributes to Green Earth

    The Double Planetary Power Dispersing Mixer has two sets of agitators and two sets of high speed dispersing shaft revolving around the container axle and at the same time rotating at high speed, so that the materials are mixed quickly under the action of strong shearing and dispersing. As the core equipment of the production line, it is characterized in batch type production, simple operation, stable performance, no materials leakage and long maintenance-free time.

    Less Foreign Materials.
    The pentagonal twist agitator of the Double Planetary Dispersing Mixer are made of duplex steel and precision casted, which can effectively reduce the metal impurities due to the wearing of stainless steel, and improve the quality of the finished slurry.
