Project Introduction: The client Multichemi International Ltd is one of the largest detergent manufacturers in Sri Lanka. With the brand name "dash", it includes three main product groups: home care, clothing care and car care. Following international standards, biodegradability and environmental protection are the company's consistent product pursuits. To achieve this goal, it is essential to use efficient and intelligent production equipment and create a green and environmentally friendly production line. SIEHE solution: In order to meet the needs of the customer, we have carefully designed a mixing and packing production line, including a small bag feeding station, a vacuum feeder, a horizontal plough mixer, a single-stage screw air compressor, a finished product storage silo and a small bag auto packing machine. A dust collector is configured to filter the dust generated during the production process, purify the gas, and create a clean working environment. The entire production line has solved the problem of uneven mixing of raw materials, greatly improving packaging quality and production capacity.
