Process flow:
The production of car refinishing paint includes processes such as pre dispersion, grinding, mixing, filtration, and filling.
Various materials are pre dispersed by a high-speed disperser, and ground by a basket mill to achieve the required fineness. Car putty and other media with high viscosity are treated by a butterfly dispersing mixer combined with a vacuum system. Then, the material in the tank is extruded and transported using an extrusion machine, and the discharge port is directly connected to the filling machine. After filling, the capping/clamping work is quickly completed, with less solvent volatilization .
When producing paint categories with high requirements for fineness, after mixing in a paint mixing kettle, impurities are filtered through a filter to ensure product quality.

Product Introduction:
In the production line, various manufacturing tasks are decomposed into independent steps and completed through a series of mechanical equipment. This method makes the production process more efficient, product quality more stable, and also reduces production costs.
The hydraulic lifting high-speed disperser is a device that is particularly suitable for solid-liquid dispersion and mixing. It is equipped with a frequency converter for stepless speed regulation, can operate for a long time, is stable, and has low noise; The mixing plate is easy to disassemble and can be replaced with different specifications and forms of dispersion discs according to the process characteristics. Stable lifting and lowering, using integrated fuel tank, environmentally friendly and leak free.
The basket mill integrates dispersion and grinding, and the bottom of the grinding chamber is equipped with a dispersion disc, which can achieve dispersion, mixing, and pumping effects. The grinding fineness can reach within 5 μ m. Immersion grinding method can quickly clean and replace products of different varieties or colors for grinding.
The butterfly dispersing mixer is suitable for dispersing and mixing medium and high viscosity products. The unique butterfly blade can generate good radial and axial effects, accelerate material circulation, and improve dispersion efficiency. Vacuum systems can be configured according to process requirements.
The mixing kettle has the function of stirring and mixing liquid - liquid, powder - liquid, and belongs to large-scale production product. It can be supplemented with dispersion, emulsification, heating, and cooling functions to meet the needs of different production processes.
The liquid filling machine(volume type) controls the filling amount by adjusting the plunger volume, which has the advantages of high filling efficiency and easy maintenance.

All equipment adopts complete explosion-proof measures to improve overall safety performance. We are also equipped with PTC temperature sensors to measure motor’s temperature and protect the motor. The machine spindle steel has high yield strength, is not easily deformed, and is treated with hard chromium plating on the surface, which is wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant, greatly extending the service life of the equipment.
