Solution: In view of the problems of high energy consumption and unstable product quality in previous production, SIEHE team customized a set of environmentally friendly and efficient mixing and drying system for the customer. It is composed of feeding system ( feeding and discharging station), conveying system (vacuum feeder), spray system, mixing and drying system (with 5000L horizontal plough dryer), storage system, packaging system, control system, etc., with a production capacity of 3T per batch.
Process Flow:
The production process of modified starch usually includes raw material selection and pretreatment, gelatinization, denaturation treatment, filtration and drying, packaging and quality inspection. The whole production line is divided into powder system and liquid system.
Starch raw materials are put into the the Discharging and Feeding Station for both small bag and ton bag, through the hose to the Vacuum Feeder, sucked into the mixer by vacuum. The liquid auxiliary is premixed by the ton drum mixer and then pumped into the mixer. Atomized/sprayed onto the material, mixed by the plow cutter, dispersed by the fly-cutter, and finally the powder is mixed evenly, and the vacuum condensation system makes the whole drying process more perfect.
Then the material arrives at the Finished Product Storage Silo, and according to different weight and volume requirements, the finished product is packaged by the Ton Bag Powder Packing Machine and the Valve-Bag Auto Powder Packing Machine.
This system has various functions and high applicability from feeding to packing and the operation process is simple and safe which greatly improves the production environment and production efficiency.
Product Advantages:
The Discharging and Feeding Station for both small bag and ton bag is a system developed by SIEHE that combines the advantages of both ton bag and small bag discharging and feeding station. Combined feeding, can realize the main material and auxiliary material discharged and fed at the same time. Dust removal and sieving function are in options. The whole machine is with a good air tightness, easy to operate, which has a very high usability.
When the Vacuum Feeder working, vacuum pump generates negative pressure which generates vacuum airflow inhales the material, adopting closed pipeline transportation. It effectively prevents dust leakage and cross pollution, occupies small space, and is more energy saving than traditional mechanical transportation. Equipped with ton packing scale, which can reduce manual error, improve measurement accuracy and reduce material waste.
The Horizontal Plough Dryer is a functional mixer which can finish mixing, reacting and drying in one process. The equipment is equipped with heating jacket, the whole machine is closed, and can connect to vacuum system to vacuum and drain the liquid. Plough agitator, the plough not only disperses materials along axial direction during high speed rotation, but drives the material flow in circles around the cylinder wall, constantly scatter the cycle, to achieve uniform mixing.
