During this visit to China, after a series of investigation and discussion regarding the Mexico sealant production line, ShinSung has successfully signed contract with Siehe Industry.

ShinSung mainly purchased planetary mixer and horizontal ribbon mixer. But due to the material special chemical properties and high viscosity, high standard of customization requirements, Siehe Industry again encountered new challenges. This is not only about higher equipment requirements, but also new challenges of product designing.

1300L planetary mixer adopts twist type stirring paddle, which went through five axis machining center to control the distance between stirring paddle and tank wall, so to greatly improve the kneading effect, reduce the stirring blind area. 10T horizontal ribbon mixer requires high vacuum and pressure resistant design, considered reducing the main shaft run-out and shortening the distance between the ribbon and chamber wall, Siehe industry uses unique ribbon welding method and processing method; at the same time use new design of sealing seat, so to change the packing seal faster. In addition, ShinSung also purchased extrusion machine for discharging and several jacketed mixing tanks and storage tanks matched with the planetary mixer.
