Shanghai SIEHE delivered a Russian paint production line 10000T/year successfully

Last month, Shanghai SIEHE had accomplished a 10,000T/year paint production line customized by a Russian famous coating company. It is the third largest coating manufacturer in Russia and coating sponsor of 2014 Winter Olympic in Sochi. Shanghai SIEHE stood out from numerous Chinese and overseas companies with her rich project design experience and excellent product quality!

This system consists of a 5,000T/year water-based paint production line and a 5,000T / year oil-based paint production line. The water-based production line adopts completely closed '3+2+1'design mainly for producing high-level emulsion paint and elastic paint. On the other hand, the oil-based production line utilizes efficient dispersing equipment , Basket Mill with German technology and Disc type Beads Mill to produce industry anti-corrosion paint.  All tanks for system, fabricated with SIEHE advanced processing and modern facilities, are without any internal visible welding joints. The customer were so satisfied and they thumbed up to SIEHE's whole production job! Until now, all the equipment had arrived Russia, and SIEHE will do site installation and commissioning for the customer.
